- If that does not exist, only door step delivery is available

Lovely addition to my garden

Looks great
I have slways wanted a swing seat and now I got one I love it.
It was delivered when they said it would be and the guy put it up very quickly.
It looks great in the area I chose for it to go and it is so comfortable. Very relaxing. Even my dog likes it, she got on for a swing with me.

Two seater swing
Swing installed by big Chris, taking only 23 mins. He was both professional and courteous and did a brilliant job. (He rang the evening before delivery to give a time slot and actually arrived five minutes early) However the very next day we found that resin or varnish had dripped down from the main crossbeam onto the cushion staining it. We removed it with a damp cloth but there still remains a black mark. The very next day we found another blob had fallen from a different part of the cross member with the same result. Both sides of seat cushion now being stained.
Finally, when the rain came down a puddle appeared on the back section of the roof.
Perhaps a flaw in the design as it needs another crossmember which I have added and this has solved the problem.
We are very much enjoying the swing as a lovely garden feature and relaxing in it.
Now that the resign/glue mark has dried what would you suggest to remove the marks?

Excellent service and product
I bought this a month ago. Two days after the order placed at the time of heightened COVID 19 restrictions, I received a message that it would be delivered on 16th June. On the day, the driver arrived and assembled the product and it looks great, is comfortable and is well built. Excellent service from both Charles Taylor and Robert Dyas.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £30 from Robert Dyas, use code FREEDEL30 at checkout and is available on Standard products. This offer excludes products for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
