- Assembly can take place in the outdoor area required as long as access is possible via a side, back or alternative open air entrance
- If that does not exist, only door step delivery is available

A beautifully-made made and looking piece. Very comfortable and sturdy. It will sit perfectly in any garden. Very quickly and expertly erected by a friendly and professional Charles Taylor's installer, it took less than 20 minutes.

Quality piece of garden furniture
I purchased this swing as Charles Taylor garden furniture had been recommended by a friend. Delivery driver positioned and built the swing where I wanted it in the garden first class service and a quality piece of furniture. Just need the weather to be as great as the swing and all will be well ☀️. Would highly recommend the company and the brand

Wow! Lovely product and great service
I bought this swing seat for my mother's 82nd birthday as with lockdown making it difficult to celebrate and the weather being lovely I thought it would be an ideal present. It was so easy to order and communication via email was prompt and responsive when I had a couple of queries. The installation being part of the service made it such an easy decision to purchase and when they arrived it was all conducted in a friendly but fully socially distanced manner. I especially liked the cushions being included as part of the purchase price as comfort is very essential to the overall enjoyment of the product. In short both myself and my mother are very delighted with the swing seat

2 seater wooden swing chair
I bought this two weeks ago it is very good the delivery person put the seat together he was very quick. I love the seat only down side is the cushions had oil type stains on them and some of the wood had splashes of dried wood stain which made the wood look grubby.

Beautiful addition to the garde
I bought this beautiful swing seat for the garden earlier in May. It was delivered very promptly despite this 'lockdown' period. The man who delivered it assembled it very quickly and efficiently. I love the seat, it is exactly like the picture on line and it is very well made. My one criticism is that the varnish/paint staining of the wood has not been done with the greatest of care. However the area is only visible if you look up whilst sat on it and I can live with that. Thank you Robert Dyas for a great product, well worth the money.

Small, weak and incomplete
Wood is lightweight, notice the thin legs and top cross bar, swing is held up by a j bolt and a single nut on either side. Swing is also smaller than the picture suggests, that cross bar is less than 6' off the ground. No idea how the swing is as the fixings are incomplete, and the driver only delivers one cushion. Don't expect it to be built either but in the present climate that's understandable. What isn't is that I asked for a refund 3 days ago and been given a stiff ignoring since.

Unfortunately the cushions and top canopy are a total disaster. The seat cushions, one narrow and one wide, however placed are too narrow to fit the back and seat leaving a portion of wood that is uncomfortable. (I understand Robert Dyas are Taking this up with Charles Tayler after my complaining chat with them. I am allowing time due to Corus 19 but wait a reply). Rain water does not run off the canopy it gathers between the roof timbers. Catalog pics shows two square cushions, only one was delivered.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
