Excellent Quality
I bought this as I wanted a larger chair and I am not disappointed. The build quality is very good and the chair is very large, excellent.
My only criticism is that a waterproof cover isn’t offered as an accessory and I haven’t found one yet.

Really pleased
I bought this chair for my dad & am so pleased with it. Not only that I was delighted that it arrived already assembled & the delivery man brought it straight round to the back garden. It’s proper sturdy and so far has not been affected by the rain.

They really are large and delivered in one piece so make sure you can get them through your doors.Seem sturdy haven't really used them yet .

Poor quality and terrible customer service!
These chairs are made from cheap pine and are NOT sturdy. Not the quality I expected!
After several emails I arranged for the chairs to be collected and had to pay over £30 for this (it should surely be free), to be given a date, for me to then move all the chairs out the front for easy pick up, to then receive an email on that date saying collection would be 2 weeks later! Unbelievable! The whole organisation of it all is terrible and I've STILL not had a reply to my latest email asking for earlier collection. I will NEVER use this company again!

Cheaply made!
Very disappointed in the quality of these chairs which we purchased online. They're a good size and certainly look nice, however they're very light in weight (not made from the quality of wood expected) and they move from side to side when a little pressure is applied to each arm rest. Terrible quality for the price paid!

I wish I hadn't ordered from you as I haven't got the chair yet and it will be another month before it's delivered..I think for the price of the chair a better delivery service is a must I have never known anything to take this long to deliver when the shop sent it out weeks ago and I paid on the order day by Paypal

Still waiting!
Still awaiting the chair, even though I ordered it 4 weeks ago. I have been sent a text message from Charles Taylor to tell me when delivery is, problem now is that I am not able to accept delivery on the date they’ve given, but am I able to get hold of them, no! Three emails later, and still no response! Can’t contact them via their phone number as it goes straight through to voicemail. So, I have no idea when I will actually get this chair...

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
