Absolutely gorgeous!!
Bought the three seater Winchester Bench two weeks ago, love it! Great quality, very sturdy and solid. the delivery man carried it into my garden and placed it exactly where i wanted it, bless him, he was extremely helpful and courteous.If you are considering purchasing this bench, do it, you will not be disappointed.

Delivery issues
Bench ok, but delivery process very poor. No notification of day or time. Abrupt and rude delivery man. No paperwork about maintenance. How often does it need varnishing, and can it be left out over winter?

Garden bench
I bough this 3 Seater bench from Robert days because it was good quality and value for Money the item only took 3Weeks to arrive first impressions was what a great buy so we placed it in the position we wanted it we then sat on it and heard a loud noise after checking we could not see anything wrong but the next morning after checking again I found a gap between the back brace and the seat brave photos attached I have tried to fix the problem but as soon as you sit back down the screw just pops out.we have tried to contact customer services but all we get is a automated reply it’s been 2 weeks and no contact from them on how the intend to fix the problem

Well built and elegant
I have purchased this for my husbands birthday and it is built beautifully. Unfortunately it has so ver obvious blemishes, They look like bleach or glue marks and are right in the middle of the bench, this is disappointing as it is a gift.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
