I bought some garden furniture, lady on the phone was very helpful. You kept me informed of when the bench would be delivered. I was expecting 8 weeks. Then it got delivered with two weeks . Advising me when and times etc. Always informing. Very impressed.

Brilliant Bench
Bench delivered this morning about 2 weeks ahead of schedule, well worth the wait. Absolutely delighted with it, so comfortable with curves in all the right places, very sturdy and coming ready assembled a real bonus. Looks great in my front garden, I am sure that my neighbours will be jealous.

so comfy and looks stylish
came with waterproof seat cushion and one waterprrof square cushion. The rain cover was a doddle to fit as it was delivered in the drizzle. Managed to get it over the bench before the heavy rain started. Tip, if its windy, to stop the cover blowing away, lift up the bench and put a piece of the cover under each leg. Its plenty long enough to do thiis and saved fiddling with the ties provided and I kept dryer too !. Bench is sturdy and well made. Thank you

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
