Great little train for under Christmas tree
So pleased with it. Made a little sound of hitting the horn, chugging and even sound of smoke coming out. It had a light too on the front. Perfect little size for my toddler to admire. I hope to bring it out on many more Christmases.

Did what it said on the tin
Bought this to go around the Christmas tree for a novelty and it worked well. Tracks do not click together so they will only work on a very flat even surface, probably more difficult on carpet, mine is laminate. Bit fiddly to keep on the tracks all the parts, but once done it works really well and looked really good. Makes wonderful sounds.

Saw this train in action in your bexleyheath store and couldn’t resist specially as it was reduced. Children are obsessed fits lovely round the train and has no issues going round or pulling the carriages. Easy to set up and get started.

Nice little train
We bought the train set to go round the Christmas tree and it perfectly fits the bill,
It only takes a few minutes to put the track together of it goes. And it makes a noise as it goes along!
Neighbours have asked where they can get one....

Good value Train but needs a sound on/off switch
A nice size train to go round the base of a Christmas tree. After a while the repetative sound became a bit irritating so I opened it up and disconnected the speaker as there is no switch to turn off the sound effects. After that it was a great part of the tree decoration.

Simple but nice looking train set, bought to go around out Christmas tree. Fitted around the tree skirt with an inch per side to spare. Skirt is 24"
One piece of track was distorted and prevented the train from going around. Had to manipulate it to get it flat. The sounds are loud and the lights are bright.
Fair value for money.

Annoyingly good
Bought this set for the Christmas tree to entertain my 3 grandsons. They love it & useful to be able to shorten/lengthen track depending on how you wish to do the layout. Annoying train sound but that’s because I’m older and not a 3/4 year old! Care needed to be accurate re placing train & trucks on track as the children get frustrated if not placed correctly, however patience does pay off.

Doesn't want to go!
I love this train (my husband hates it!), it's so cute and festive, but it just doesn't go very well. I suspect it needs to be on a totally flat surface (i.e. not carpet) because otherwise the engine really struggles to pull any of the carriages and it keeps stopping.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
