Kerbside delivery service:
This item will be delivered on a pallet by a pallet carrier. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the property, either on a drive or in a front garden (provided there is adequate access into your grounds, and suitable surfacing for the use of a pump truck) If you do not have either of these, or the access is limited or unsuitable for delivering a pallet it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet at the kerbside and move your product somewhere safe. The delivery vehicle that it arrives in will be at least the size of a dustbin lorry, and sometimes bigger, as these large pallets require a tail lift vehicle in order to offload the consignment, so it is important to have a think about any restricted access issues/narrow lanes/available turning circles etc, and let us know in advance, as this will help avoid any costly fees which could be incurred from failed delivery attempts due to inadequate access.

Very Impressed !
Very impressed with my purchase. The garden furniture was efficiently delivered on one large pallet ready assembled apart from the table which required the legs to be attached to the top. Very sturdy construction out of well treated wood which is heavy enough to withstand our south westerly gales here on the South Coast. Highly recommended!

Lovely quality heavy table and chairs
Lovely very solid table and chairs, chairs arrived assembled on a pallet, the table you had to put the legs together with the top but not a difficult job and didn’t need tools because of how it is designed. It did need two people as it is so heavy. Really pleased with them.

Great product!
Really good quality sturdy furniture. Delivery was pretty quick and efficient and luckily it was only the table that needed assembling. Didn’t enjoy carry it up a steep drive and two lots of steps to the top garden because it all weighs a ton but that’s my own fault. It was worth the sweat though.

Great garden furniture
Really pleased with this set, strong and sturdy and very comfortable. Bonus is ot came fully assembled and the delivery driver helped carry it into our orchard. Highly recommend Robert Dyas and Delivery firm they use.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
