Great customer service
I love this light box, but I rate the customer service I received from Robert Dyas even more highly. I was disappointed when my light box stopped working after just a few months of use, so contacted Robert Dyas. I was impressed that the light box was immediately replaced, the new one was delivered very quickly and Robert Dyas promised to take up the issue with the supplier - there was no quibble about the replacement. This is true customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending the light box and indeed Robert Dyas as a great place to shop.

Bad finish
I've seen quite a few of these around, and thought I'd grab this while it was on sale, slightly disappointed with the quality of the product, the finish was not there with the edges had some chips and seemed badly glued if I had paid full price my rating would have been lower.

I bought this for a special occasion and it really was the finishing touch! I found it hard to get one a4 and for a reasonable price. This one is just that and you can even plug it in instead of using batteries! It was ideal

Love it!
I've been looking for a lightbox that connected to the mains for a while now so was really pleased to find this one with the battery option too. Really handy to leave messages to make people smile, good quality and plenty of letters supplied.
