Poor build quality, Rattles alot when in use
Pros: Blades spin round and blow a good amount of cold care.
Cons: Only 2 fan speeds is really limiting. Build quality is really poor. This is a cheap and nasty generic fan that different companies have simply put their name on. The most annoying thing is the mechanism that controls whether the fan oscillates/blows from side to side, or stays in a fixed position, rattles like crazy and is really distracting. At times it's like listening to a tractor engine!! Several reviewers on Amazon have also commented on this.
Overall: Really wanted to keep this fan due to its cheap price and the fact that I'll only use it for a few weeks in the summer, but the rattling noise and the limitations in fan speed make it an instant return. Really disappointing that Robert Dyas are selling a product this bad.
