My new Daewoo
This vacuum cleaner is great, good suction, a realy efficient brush. The hand tools are all at hand in a clip on the stem. This is my third stick vacuum, and it's by far the best. I'm delighted with it

It suits our needs!!
Had this for a couple of weeks now and used it just twice so far. I needed to call Daewoo as there was a piece missing and received it the next day. Carpet brush head is flimsy, made from light foam. Bristles would be better to pick up those awkward bits. Cyclone slows the motor down when the cylinder is only half full. It suits our needs as the carpets are fairly new and should not require vacuuming too often (helps the pile to settle down).

Just ok
The suction isn’t that great but it works ok on vinyl, wood flooring and low pile carpet. I upgraded to a high pile carpet and it doesn’t work well on it. I’ve had the hoover for approx 6months and the light has stopped working and the bristle no longer turn. Will have to buy a new one but will be staying away from this brand

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
