Super Microwave
Absolutely love this retro microwave. Only disappointment is that its an 800w I am used to a 900 but I will adjust! I would recommend it. Its a feature in my new kitchen I have had lots of nice comments about it.

Looks good & easy to use
I bought this to replace my previous microwave, which was also a Daewoo. I particularly wanted a red one to match the rest of the kitchen, so was pleased to find the same make and model. While not the quietest microwave it is very easy to use and keep clean. If you only need basic functionality (heating and some simple cooking) this is perfect.

Quite good but small fault with fan.
I bought this because it was small in size but also reasonably powerful and looked quite fun. It works well but is noisy. There is a fault with the cooling fan which clatters loudly on start and finish of cooking cycle. I complained immediately but no response. I left it for a couple of weeks and complained again. Still no response. Not happy with RD service. A shame because the microwave does seem quite good in itself.

Arrived damaged - took a month to sort
This microwave looks beautiful. Unfortunately it arrived damaged with sharp plastic exposed by the door and the microwave handle also pulled away some of the front plastic panel a little when pulled to open the door, so that didn't inspire confidence. Because of this I requested to return the item so can't comment on how effective it was/volume, etc, as it was never used. I'd have accepted a replacement if Robert Dyas wasn't so terrible at sorting it out - they said that the delays were due to a lack of communication from the supplier. Nearly a whole month on, I've finally had a refund and the item collected but have decided to order a different microwave from elsewhere because it was such a terrible experience. I don't think I'll every order online from Robert Dyas again!
