Good product, terrible service
Bought this as a cheap but compact and functional microwave and it generally does everything I need of it. My only request would be for a way to mute the beep notifications, which it doesn't have.
The service from Robert Dyas has been terrible, though - the product arrived significantly and obviously damaged so I rejected delivery on the spot.
Robert Dyas don't respond to help requests in any meaningful way so I ended up purchasing from another supplier but I'm STILL trying to get my money back from Robert Dyas and have had to resort to opening a PayPal claim, which is quite shocking for a recognised high street retailer.

I bought this 20 litre microwave to fit within my caravan after my previous Daewoo had died, due to it being virtually the same dimensions as my previous oven.
On opening the box, I found the microwave very light (Ideal for a caravan), but a little flimsy with the casing popping in and out as yoru handle it, not brilliant quality ( I must stress at this point I have not operate it).
There is no rubber feet, so if you are thinking of sitting it in your kitchen on the workbench it will slide about when the buttons is pressed or the door is pulled open.
The oven does look sleek and will add to my review (If possible) once if come to operate it

Quite simply, it could be better
Operates quite well although I would only use a microwave for very basic things such as defrosting and heating things up. The two problems this microwave has is that it has a very poor internal light and together with very obscured glass in the door means it's totally impossible to see inside. The other annoying feature is that it has no rubber feet so slides very easily and you have to hold the oven while pulling open the door. On one occasion I pulled the door handle and the microwave slid off the shelf. This clearly is very dangerous.

On stand on three legs
Bought this for my parents after seeing a Which review...didn’t get to use it as it only balanced on three of the four legs.

Awful!
The plate does not sit evenly on the spines, and indeed it could not as there are no identations. It makes a lot of noise and will probably spill things at some point.
