This is a must!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A washing machine for many households aren't a luxury but a necessity. I have two children who both play sports, have school uniform on top of that and a busy husband who not only has office work but events to attend. All of this adds up to copious amounts of washing and sometimes I can have my machine on for a wash two or three times a day just to get through the piles. Cycles can vary - an hour and a half for the "main" wash, a quick wash can be 28 minutes and a longer wash for things like bedding can take 2 hours and a half. As mine is a washer/dryer as well (and again, much needed) there can be a lot of build up in the seal around the drum, in the drawer as well and of course smells can build up and in my case they are quick at doing so.
All of this means that my washing machine needs regular cleaning and while I've tried the old trick of soda crystals, white vinegar etc, nothing has helped or done the trick as much as this dettol product. A 5 in one product, you don't need to faff about with multiple products or tricks, this does the job and does it brilliantly.
You can dilute it in some water to clean the seal around the drum itself but I find just putting the liquid straight into the drawer cleans the seal anyway! I put some in the detergent bit of the drawer and also into the fabric conditioner section. I run it on a synthetic 60 degree wash and not only is the smell emanating from the drum gone, replaced by a freshness, the seal is also clear of build up and grime. On the instructions it says you can use the whole bottle to do this but I only use a third and keep a bit back to clean the detergent tray after use. This is the only part of the machine that doesn't get clean by the use of running the machine with this and is easily remedied by using some of the liquid and water and washing with a cloth.
This is definitely a must have product and one that works and works well!

Sparkling and fresh!

Easy to follow instructions and has left my washing machine sparkling inside. It has managed to clean all over the drum as well as the rubber and has left a lovely smell. Looks almost new again! Highly recommend!

Easy and sufficient

That’s why it’s great to have products like this one - easy to use and works really great. The odour disappeared, tumble is clean and ready for next laundry

Great quick washing machine cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used dettol washing machine cleaner in the past many times and it never disappointed us. It’s quite thick and smells fresh, like pine trees. There were no traces of my cats hairs afterwards.

Such a good cleaner!

So Fresh!

It smelt amazing as soon as I opened it and has left my machine sparkling clean and smelling fresh and better than it has in weeks! 10/10!
