Super comfy mattress highly recommend
Was a bit worried about ordering a mattress online without trying but we went for it and so glad we did! Mattress is the perfect softness for us and gives us plenty of space for when our little ones joins us in the middle of the night. It’s so good we struggle to get out of bed now and spend our mornings at the weekend all snuggled together.

Pleased with quality and service.
I bought this mattress for the spare bedroom. I am very pleased with the quality and finish. I was not expecting too much as it is reasonably priced. I am pleasantly surprised. It is for occasional use so hopefully guests will find it comfortable.

Much better than other cheap mattresses
Bought a couple of cheap mattresses for the kids before and they came all creased and baggy this is much better. Delivery wasn't great courier smashed box to bits but the product inside was ok. My son is delighted

Comfy mattress
Really surprised by how this mattress came. Much better than I expected for what we paid and was all rolled up in a box so easy to move then spring straight back to shape when we opened it up. Will definitely be buying aspire when we need to replace the matress in the main bedroom

Quite thin
Bit disappointing, I know it's a budget mattress but it looks thicker and the description sounded like it would be a thicker mattress. As someone else has said you can basically feel the frame underneath. Maybe be better with a divan base? My daughter is 12 and is not very heavy she's not impressed with it.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
