Great composter
I bought this composter a few weeks ago after much research on tumbling composters and so far it’s been exactly what I expected, quick delivery and easily assembled. Can’t comment on the compost yet obviously so if you’re after a good tumbling composter then don’t hesitate.

I am delighted with my new composter which sits on a frame that enables one to rotate the drum. This easy to assemble design allows for rat free composting. I have never used a compost recycling unit before but during Covid 19 it has proven to be an excellent way of utilising some household food waste and garden refuse to add to the garden soil and prevent the need to venture to the amenity tip and for any need to lug bags of compost which is not readily available at present. Well done Robert Dyas for promoting this new product and for the swift delivery. A satisfied customer.

Early Days - Have only been using for two weeks.
I purchased this item a few weeks ago, but delayed the assembly due to the ambiguous instructions. Hence the 4 stars. I ended up following the grainy footage on Youtube and my son cleverly worked out the rest. The composter is sturdy and well built. Surprisingly, it is very roomy inside and I can see it will hold a good amount of green garden matter. I only have a small garden, so this is an ideal size and I love the fact I don't have to open and poke around to ensure all is mixed in. Using a slight push on the composter enables the tumbling action to commence - its good fun! I am slowly filling the composter with weeds - not their roots, garden clippings, including brown leaves and of course lawn cuttings. Be careful not to add any grass cuttings that has previously been treated with weed killer! I'm looking forward to using my organic garden soil. I'll just have to be patient, as I don't know how long the process will take. Overall, I am very happy with this product!

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
