NO STRING FOR THE EYELETS!
Seems OK but no string provided to anchor the cover in high winds but it is still there in the high winds we have now! I brought the cover due to the size to fit the seat but not as good as an alternative product which was better and had strings but did not fit. The price was the same!

Good size and strong fabric
Purchased for a non-standard sized bench and fitted well if a little too deep. Would have benefitted from some ties to fit into the eyelets provided, to properly secure.

Cover ok but NO tie was fixed in eyelets you sent
It is Cover ok but NO ties where fixed in eyelets (why provide Eyelets )you sent right thing for out side 2nd time thank you FOC
But still no ties no very commercial ???

Much better quality than I expected. I've just replaced an old one purchased from a high st. Shop which was nowhere as durable. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is that there was no cord..

These fit perfectly and are well made. I only gave it 3 stars as they had the eyelets for a cord but the cord is not supplied. Had to then try to find something to finish the job.

Poor product
Purchased as was recommended with the Robert Dyas FSC 3 seater bench. The material is of not good quality. It’s way to large for the bench, very noisy when the rain hits it. Even though it comes with the eyelet rings, it did not include anything to thread though the eyelets. First bit of wind and off it blew, had to then tuck it under each of the bench legs to prevent it from happening again. Will be purchasing a different one from elsewhere.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
