Good ideaThis tool actually works, but the handles are made of a hard plastic which broke within 2 weeks of purchase.
I was refunded and have since reordered the item to try again.
The price was very reasonable

Not bad for the moneyIt's a very useful tool but only works on previously tilled soil no good on hard impacted soil as it's a not sturdy. The design is good and I would be willing to pay more for a more sturdy tool

Not bad butThr tool was a good price considering the design is not that good. It can leave the lawn looking like a load of moon crates as the tool takes both the weed and the eartth sod with it. The Fiskars one, that should be stocked as an option, is cleverer and more expensive. This will do until I win the lottery.

Good idea, works ok, breaks easilyA bit fiddly to put together. Very efficient at pulling weeds. Leaves quite big holes. First one broke within a day. Replacement given, no problem. Now very careful and hoping for the best...

A great concept......Not sure what to say about this as "the jury is still out". The idea is great, but the product itself is made of rather brittle plastic and the first one broke on twisting to remove weeds. Robert Days were very good and provided a replacement FOC immediately but if the second one doesn't last I will request a refund and look to source a metal parts version. Also price if you buy in-store is much higher.

Worse than uselessThe Draper weed puller is worse than useless and not fit for purpose - it broke in its second use (in the hands of my 75 year old wife) On examination I discovered that the rivet holding the handle to the metal was tiny and totally inadequate. - My wife is neither heavy handed or strong and neither is the 'Draper Weed Puller'.

Broke within an hourThe design is really clever. The manufacturing materials not up to it. Too cheap. The plastic cross bar has too much strain it cracked within an hour making it useless. Invested in a much sturdier, more expensive, alternative which is way better.

Good idea but weak materialsThe idea is good but after 1 hour and happily weeding the 2 handles broke off. They are made of quite weak plastic. The ground is quite soft so there was no real pressure on the handles. Until the handles broke it was doing a very good job.

To flimsyThought it would be a good tool to help pull the weeds out but really not worth buying as its not very strong. Good idea though.

Rubbish! This tool did the job, but for just one session before the handle broke off on one side. The other side was already showing signs of fatigue.
I have returned it for a refund, and will look for something sturdier.

It brokeThe draper tiler broke the first time I used it in soft soil that had been turned the same day with an electric tiller. The joint where the prongs are welded together was not welded very strongly. This caused the prong to ping off when the tool was slightly rotated in the soil. I have emailed customer service twice and they haven’t replied. Very disappointing service and product.

Fiddly self-assembly, poor instructionsWill be returning item to shop for refund. Assembly instructions poor, and very fiddly, for someone with diminished dexterity. Once assembled....no instructions on use. Did not appear to work.

Not impressedHaving fiddled for a while putting the item together I went to a weed in my lawn and on the first rotation as instructed, the rivet holding the handle sheared. I took it back for a full refund. Nice idea for a tool but absolute rubbish
