Perfect for festival terrain!
This saved our lives at Glastonbury! We used it to load a family of four camp from car to site and then transport our two children around the site for several days - great steering, pneumatic tyres served us well up and down hills, over gravel, mud, wood chip. Also serves as a sofa when you put the sides down! One rather major issue was that one of the tyres came flat - hole in the inner tube. So we had a rush to find the right size inner tube on Amazon.

Great robust little cart
Great little cart. I use hand pull and on lawn mower. It’s rated load of 450Kg is much higher than others on the market. Steer mechanism is good. Easy to put together less than an hour. Read instructions and get orientation of front and back right. I would have bought the liner as well but Dyas didn’t stock which is slightly annoying. Came in about 3 days from Draper. A little rubber nipple was missing of a latch but didn’t think it was worth the time to get one sent out. In fact I think they should remove them from the product.

Sturdy garden trolley
I bought this after having my Handy Garden Trolley (also available here) break. This trolley is much more sturdy, has better instructions for assembly and is in general better quality even though the heavy-duty Handy trolley is actually more expensive just now on RD. This has rack steering like a car which is much better (than the turntable system with a single pin holding the entire weight of the load). Recommended, although when used to move some paving slabs make sure you don't overload it (900x600 slabs weigh about 70kg) and I put a bit of OSB board over the trolley deck and took all the detachable sides off.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team on 0333 103 6677 (Monday- Friday 08:00 - 19:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 - 17:00, Closed Bank holidays. - call charges may vary by network) or via email to: customerservices@robertdyas.co.uk who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied:
- Products < 20kg: £7.50
- Products > 20kg: £30
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
