Does it's job but GOT to be upright when stored
Bought this a while back and only got round to using it yesterday. It was bought to go between the wheels on a twin axle caravan to enable the wheels to be spun freely and fit Alko wheel locks. On arrival most of the oil seemed to be in the box! As you have to lay the jack down to fill it and the internal fill hole being so small I think you are losing almost as much oil out at the top as you are managing to get in at the fill hole. Why these jack's don't have another seal preventing oil loss is beyond me. Handle pathetic. I will weld it together and extend. Once up and running works fine. Would be a good little jack if you could lay it down for storing in a vehicle without losing the oil and a decent handle was supplied.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
