Great classic repairable toaster
I bought this model more that 20 years ago and just had to replace the elements for the first time. Dualit are a UK company, with a great parts service and in the old tradition of having phones that are answered and spare parts sent economically with full tools and instructions. This dealer has the best deal on current offer.

Great quality and service
This is a quality purchase. A replacement for one my husband managed to wreck. Simple to use and does exactly what it should. I already have the cages which are brilliant for toasting teacakes and crumpets.

Just what I wanted
We bought this to replace an identical Dualit toaster that lasted for 8 years, and it looks every bit as sturdy and long-lasting as our previous toaster. It is expensive but the cost averaged out over the years makes it well worth it. Delivery was prompt. Also, the price on the Dyas website was some £20 less than on other websites selling the same toaster.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
