Overview
Duracell offers a wide range of batteries to be used in electronics that require reliable power. Duracell Plus AA batteries are alkaline batteries ideal for powering all your everyday devices. Duracell Plus AA has up to 100% extra life* (*longevity performance compared to the Minimum Average Duration of the 2015 IEC AA Digital Camera test. Results may vary by device or usage pattern (IEC's website)). Unused Duracell batteries can stay powered up to 10 years in ambient storage. These batteries are Duracell's recommendation for everyday devices, such as digital cameras, photoflash, toys or boomboxes, and of course are great fit for the regularly used devices as flashlights, portable game controllers, shavers, toothbrushes and any other. In 1969, Duracell was part of the Apollo 11 mission and became the first battery on the moon.

Great long lasting batteries
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always have batteries handy at home for using for toys as we have a household full of toys and 70% of them you need batteries for, We also use them for putting in torches, clocks, remote controls, shaves, Cameras Video game controllers and much much more items in the house These are by far best and long lasting batteries ever I have tried many brands and they dont last as long as this brand ones this are the best quality so we always keep spares about and recommend this brand.

Fantastic long lasting battery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly you can't beat Duracell batteries for being long lasting and I now know they are less likely to leak which is a bonus as I often forget to change batteries, we got some to put in our remote controls as we seem to get through other makes at an alarming rate but I know these will last ages .

Can't get a better battery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying many batteries over the last few months I've come to the decision that Duracell Plus is the longest lasting and most reliable. The power level stayed really high long after other brands have started to weaken and there hasn't been any leakage which is a real pet hate of mine. These are the best choice to see you through the Christmas season.

The batteries are excellent quality and are made to last, for single use batteries, they are the best available in my opinion. Ideal for console controllers, remotes and most other household needs. Highly recommended!

fantastic battery life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely fantastic long battery life. I’m using these for my sons remote control car which as most parents will know drain batteries so ridiculously quick but with these Duracell plus 100% batteries they’ve lasted two weeks so far with no lag.
Absolutely amazing and will be buying them again for my sons other toys.

Can't go wrong with duracell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried lots of different batteries for my child's toys. Cheaper ones other brand ones and none of them last as well as duracell. I would say they last sometime 25% longer than cheaper options out there which means a less upset child and less upset mummy and Daddy

Being a keen photographer, other brands don't last a day in my camera, however these have kept going for over a week. Highly recommend using these.

Always reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duracell have always been my go to brand especially when I need batterys to last for my daughters console remotes. Duracell are the only batteries that last so she can play uninterrupted and I don't have to spend a fortune on other brand batteries to replace them often. These have so far been as long lasting as ever and I would definitely recommend them.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).
The following areas are subject to extended lead times:

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
