In summer the Coolsense side draws away sweat and in winter the Warmsense side holds warmth. The high tensile coiled spring interior is wrapped in breathable fibre. The mattress features a waterproof membrane that can be removed to give protection where it is neeed. The cover is removable and machine washable.
