Very happy
Really impressed with the egg. Lifts more dirt than I thought it would but was hoping the fragrance would be a little stronger. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Really eco friendly
Learnt about the ecoegg on the gadget show and thought to give it a go. So easy to use ,results are as good as any other pods or powders added to washing machine. Clothes cone out bright and fresh and its great at 30.c. big savings all round. So pleased have bought them for my son and daughters family. Good discoubt at robert dyas

What a discovery!
Discovered this by accident and thought I would try it. Amazing results; as good as any top rated washing powder/tab, but with economy and respect for the environment built in. Can’t really go wrong and would recommend to everyone I know who, consequently, use it.

I've used this twice so far, smells fresh and clothes are clean. Saves having to store a huge box/container of washing powder/liquid. Also great for the environment as no plastic bottles of liquid. Lasts 70 times which is a lot of washing.

Mainly positive.
I bought this as it is getting more and more difficult to buy environmentally friendly and cruelty free products now that both Ecover and Method are owned by multi-nationals that support animal testing.
It seems to clean OK but it obviously clonks as the drum turns so if you have an open plan kitchen living area that could be a problem. Also my washing has white flecks remaining on it if I use the express wash (20 minutes) but that may just be my machine - it's not a problem on longer washes, regardless of temperature. Overall I'm glad I bought this.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
