Brilliant clleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for several weeks now and have found the cleaning results amazing. The bottle is huge and is easy to pour into the measurer in the lid. I have tried it on quick washes, sport washes and longer washes on whites. Every time the cleaning has been amazing and find my clothes smell lovely for days .

Love this laundry liquids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this honeysuckle and jasmine laundry liquid smells absolutely amazing my washing just smells incredible even when it's been put in the wardrobe you can still smell the scent. My clothes feel so soft, clean and fresh using this product I am so pleased. It washes my clothes so well I am really happy with the results when using this detergent I will definitely buy this great product again

Smells amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the scent of this detergent. It smells floral but sweet at the same time. It washed my clothes really well and leaves then smelling amazing and they definitely have that soft clean feeling to them. It says on the back of the bottle that after multiple washes it's removes bobbling which I think is an amazing idea altho I'm yet to tell any difference if I'm honest. Your ment to use the lid as a measure and I'm gonna be honest it did confuse me slightly, I just think maybe they should make it abit simpler and have a measure that does a small load and a large load. So the lid is 40ml, for a small loads its 35ml and for the large you 2x 25ml . I was stuck for a bit trying to work out how I was gonna measure that and then noticed in side the lid there are actual number measures. I didn't actually see them until the sun was on them as they are hardly noticeable. My eye sight ain't bad so for some one that doesn't have bad eyes they would totally miss this. I think the product is good and it does its job, it's cleans and smells amazing but the lid in my opinion needs improvement or the measurements needs to be simplified.

The liquid is great at keeping my clothes clean & fresh, the non bio option is perfect for us as a family.
Our clothes smell fresh & feel soft after washing & drying.

Tough on stains and smells great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this washing liquid. I usually use a powder so wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleased with it. It left my clothes beautifully clean, even at 30 degrees, and it leaves clothes smelling amazing and very soft. I love that it is great for the environment, made with clean ingredients, so good for sensitive skin, and that packaging is made from recycled materials. I will definitely buy this again

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
