Delicate smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this laundry washing liquid, and prefer to use a liquid detergent than powder or tablets. It has a pleasant fragrance, and seems to be good on clothes, with no loss of colour or softness in the fabric. It lasts quite well, and you don't need much more than a cupful for a reasonable washing load. It's also very good for handwashing too, I will definitely buy it!

Loved the product

Smells great!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laundry liquid smelt great! It has kept my jumpers smelling fresh and soft without any shrinkage. I've used it for my wool, silk and cotton clothes and all comes out fine with no colour run and no damage to the material. Very good quality with amazing results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used any Ecover products before for any of my laundry delicates it seems to be good on clothes also very good for handwashing. I have no allergies with smell so with new fragrance of waterlily and honeydew i liked the smell and will be using it more frequently now. It lasts quite well only need a cupful for a reasonable washing load.

It smells lovely and the lovely fragrance stays on clothes even after being tumble dried which I have sometimes found isn't the case with other brands. Will definitely buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've used an ecover product in years and I have to say the quality has improved greatly. It is a match for the previous delicate laundry liquid I was using. Everything came out of the washing machine clean and soft. I used it on range of clothing, not just delicates, and had good results on all of them. The smell is a bit too melony for me, but that's a personal thing and nothing to do with the quality and effectiveness of the product.

Lovely and soft

Good for my kids delicate skin

Lovely scented effective product

Bulk Buy makes sense

Smells lovely !

Smelt lovely & really fresh, just how I like my laundry. Got all the marks out of my little boys favourite & delicate Muslin wrap that his Grandmother bought him. Which is white and grey. It dried well and didn’t crisp things either. Very happy.

Not too much is needed for use on silks etc and does look after clothing, less colour release and less crumpling too! Oh and good for the environment too! As less needed is economical to buy and as clothes leaking less colour the clothes life is enhanced too! Great product....would certainly reccommend!

Not 100% convinced about the smell

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
