Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this product. A lovely, fresh packaging which looks nice in my kitchen. But also cleans really well and leaves a nice fresh scent. Would definitely buy this again, however it is quite pricey.

Effective gentle laundry liquid

Great for the family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two young children with fairly sensitive skin. This laundry liquid has been amazing. I have to wash stains out of clothes but also use non biological liquid which often ends up being quite difficult to get items really clean. This liquid has been great. It comes in a good size bottle and has no perfumes or anything that makes thier skin itch. Highly recommend for families with sensitive skin.

Very good for allergies and skin conditions

My eldest child is literally allergic to every brand of washing, he also has eczema at the top of his arms and he has had no reaction to this whatsoever, it contains no perfumes, no enzymes but leaves clothes sparkling clean, even chocolates stains. Therefore this is the perfect choice for the kids clothes if they have allergies or a skin condition. Fabulous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laundry liquid is not only great for the environment and evo friendly but is great for my washing too. My clothes come out smelling freshly washed, even after going through the dryer. And it is great on my babies sensitive skin, really brings clothes out soft and she has eczema and hasn't had a flare up whilst using this liquid. Great stain remover too.

Perfect to protect clothes

Not only because want to protect my family from harmfull products but also want to protect clothes. This washing liquid meets all my expectations, removing stains perfectly, without damaging clothes, and made with plants based ingridients. Scent absolutely georgous and lasting for a while. This washing liquid is perfect for sensitive skin and is my favourite.

Cleans clothes clean and fresh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. I have used Ecover products before but not laundry liquid.
A little goes a long way. It doesn't have any nasty chemicals in it, it's smells fresh but leaves clothes feeling soft and smelling fresh and clean.
I like the design of the bottle, it's simplistic yet modern. The clear liquid appeals to me, no artifical colourings or smells.
Clothes were really clean, even dirty football whites.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
