The Einhell GE-HC 18v Li-Ion multifunctional power tool is the perfect addition to your garden maintenance kit. Being cordless, this extendable cutting device is not only practical, but has a running time of up to 40 minutes thanks to the 18v 3.0AH Power X-Change battery supplied.
With a high-quality OREGON blade and chain, and laser-cut diamond-ground steel, this tool ensures precision whilst reaching branches and hedges far above ground level. A speed of 3.76 m/s also means for efficiency and plenty of power to finish the job in hand. The design of this multi-functional tool has also been developed with ease of use in mind, as a tiltable motor head, tiltable main handle, and 90° pivotable additional attachment have been included. As well as these features, the chain has an automatic lubrication function, and when the time comes to change it, no tools are required to do so.

No ladder!
Hedge trimmer attachment is great. Much faster and safer than using a ladder! It’s difficult to get leverage to apply pressure with the small chainsaw attachment but happy with this for the hedge trimmer alone

Poor all round
Product arrived missing two parts, clearly opened in transit. Then to around 2 weeks for Dyas to arrange a collection. I still can't do the work I wanted to do. Don't know if the item is being replaced or refunded.

Our carrier will request to photograph the delivery in situ once delivered, but as a customer, you do have the right to refuse this.
Whilst we do all that we can to prevent this, from time to time, orders can experience slight delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against pre-booking/making payment for third party trades to build/install your item until you are in receipt of and have inspected the goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any loss of funds to third party organisations.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your bulky item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
