Very pretty and sturdy and exactly what we wanted but the assembly instructions are dreadfully unclear. We had to undo it twice before we got it right.

Great quality - easy to assemble
I bought this online, not having seen it 'in the flesh' so was very pleasantly surprised when it turned up. It's reasonably easy to assemble by one person - although the instructions could have been clearer.
I'm delighted with the result, it's stylish, good quality and amazing value for money

A Pleasing Purchase
After much deliberation and searching on the internet I decided to order this one. I wasn't disappointed. Excellent value and quality. My daughter and I assembled between us which was reasonably easy to do and did not take very long. Very pleased indeed with end result.

It does what it says on the box!
The Emerson day bed is by far the cheapest I could ever find online- I've saved probably over £200 from the similar ones. This does not come without compromise. The welding is gappy but sturdy. The instructions more to be desired but with a bit of common sense it's not difficult to put together. I am so pleased with this product and more importantly, so is my daughter. The bonus is that it is sold with the trundle bed included...I could not find this anywhere else. Oh and it fits standard mattresses. Happy days!

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
