Excellent bed vacuum cleaner
Excellent bed vacuum cleaner! My kid have some egzema from mite dust and exactly this vacuum cleaner clean bed and sofa realy very good. Kid sleep well and egzema reduce from him skin and much improve him health!

Works great
Not sure what the previous 1 star reviewer was saying....but mine worked fine. The UV head clips on easily and the light works as it should. You can see the blue light on when you put the vacuum onto the mattress. It won't shine when it's not on the mattress - a safety feature. I'm very pleased with the vacuum and the price.

Don't buy this, design fault
I ordered this yesterday and arrived today 12Feb, very happy with the deliver services.
However, the product itself fall way short of what it claim to do. 3 immidate problems I found: 1. The UV head (ie. the round base) doesn't attach to the vacuum securely. it keep falling off while I try to vacuum. 2.The UV light doesn't switch on (There's indicator on the front, that only flashed up once and it's off during the vacuum) after switch off power, the lamp is cold. 3. The vibration is not working neither. It's either too weak, I can't feel it. Or the vibration switch doesn't work. Looking for refund.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
