The whole point of a chimes missed
Robert days failed to pick this up for returns. Avoid this company and avoid this product. A chiminea should have solid sides to reflect the heat, raid the temperature to allow complete combustion and thus little smoke. The residual smoke then rushes up the chimney accelerating away. This will never happen with an open design and the smoke will flow out sideways. This product has good reviews which fooled my wife. They seem to have vanished.
Please come and collect this product as agreed. Useless company and hopeless product.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
