FireAngel Pro Connected alarm range has been designed to offer complete protection for your family and home. Each alarm has been designed in house and is packed with enhanced technology, with a sleek and polished design to fit seamlessly into your home. The FireAngel Pro Connected CO Alarm rapidly detects Carbon Monoxide Gas ( CO ) which is odourless, colourless and cannot be detected by human senses and the loud and clear alarm will give precious reaction time to escape.
It can be used independently as a single unit or linked with further FireAngel Pro Connected Heat Alarms, Smoke Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Accessories including Connect Gateway and FireAngel Connect App. Connection to the FireAngel Gateway (sold separately) and the free FireAngel App will allow you to view all connected products away from the home, and receive notifications for any alerts (the gateway and app are not required for the product to work and if your internet connection reduces the alarms will still sound within the home).
Multiple connected products will alarm simultaneously; alerts to fires in secluded areas will be heard across all products instantly. This product operates wirelessly using a Panasonic battery (with 10 year life-span) and a back -up battery is included should failure occur. Comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty, giving peace of mind

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
