Bought this hover for my daughter snd she loves it. Great for her garden Collects grass cuttings in box without leaving mess and as she has limited room it folds down easily to be put in shed. Good value for money

Efficient and Easy
I have used this new mower 4 times now and am pleased with the effectiveness and ease of use. My only criticism is that it is fiddly to release and fold over the handle when putting it away. Otherwise very pleased.

Bought to replace a similar 20-year-old mower. The grass box and cover are flimsier than the old one and I am reluctant to turn the machine on its back; making it more difficult to clean. The handle arrangement has changed making it more fiddly to fold and store. Ease of use and the cut produced are very good.

Prefer the old design
It would have been better if it came ready assembled in the box as instructions not totally clear. It also doesn't collect cuttings as well as old design flymos. It is also difficult to fold handle down. On the plus side it is much lighter. Don't expect it to last 20 years like my old one!

Purchased for my neighbour who has had an older version but had broken.
Didn't cut her grass as close as the older one and she found the handle very difficult to collapse. Returned for a refund.

Set alight less than a year old!
Bought it and after a year decided to catch fire today. RD tried to make me call the manufacturers and suppliers - had to point out under supply of goods act it is for them to do this as the contract is with them and me - they finally accepted this and after an email of smoking 11 month old appliance I will await my refund

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
