We now have two
We bought the first fire just days before Christmas and were so pleased with it that in February we bought a second for our other room. We have Victorian fireplaces and the fires sit on the hearth and visually blend in very well and provide a boost to our central heating on cold evenings. The flame effect is quite realistic, the fan is not too intrusive and the overall effect is just what we hoped for. Our daughter who visited at Christmas, bought one for her flat after seeing ours.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
