Great appearance.
This fire surround was purchased 27th June and delivered 4th July. Carefully packaged and very easy to put together. Looks great.

Easy to assemble
I was looking to replace my old fire surround and saw this nice bright white modern one which fitted into my new living room. The price was great and the assembly instructions were so easy to understand and i would recommend this to anyone thinking of changing

Great quality and a great price!
This turned out to be much better value and quality than similar fire surrounds that we looked at. Despite it being MDF, the finish is excellent and looks much more expensive than it was. We were initially unsure about the curved section but it looks great and really compliments our Be Modern Elstow fire.
It came extremely well packaged, ensuring there was no damage to the finish on arrival. Assembly was straightforward enough and it came with some glue for the dowels, which made it very sturdy once built.
My only complaint is the fixing brackets are 2 very thin pieces of metal and the design of them is very poor. The instructions suggest fixing the brackets on the outside of the surround so they're always visible, which looks terrible. I opted to purchase some cabinet suspension rails/Z brackets (the type used to secure kitchen cabinets to the wall) and some L brackets to slot onto the rails. This resulted in a sturdy and concealed fixing.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
