First of all, the packaging
First of all, the packaging was/is fantastic. No chance of any damage being caused to the large table top, legs or chairs. Very easy to assemble & looks superb. Very pleased with the whole experience of dealing with furniture box. The only criticism, if you are going to offer next day delivery if ordered up to 8pm, please do that. I ordered at 7.55 & it said Friday was not available so had to wait till Monday.

The table and chair set is great value for money. It's super-easy to assemble, and looks great. The chairs are comfy, too.

Gorgeous 6 seater set
It's a beautiful dinning set. The table is perfect for laying out a full meal and the chairs are really comfortable for sitting to the table . We actually only wanted 4 chairs but wanted the larger table so bought the 6 seater set. The other two chairs have been put away for when we have guests. It is even nicer than I thought it would be from the pictures and the description on the website. Very good value for money.
Came well packaged and was very quick and easy to put together.

Beautiful table and comfy chairs
What a beautiful table and chair set, so easy to put together, the colour of the wood is stunning and I love the black frame, just stands out and looks smart. The chairs are so comfy. I've had lots of comments about our new table. Had it on sale to which is a win but would of paid full price because quality and look is worth it
Only down fall for me was delivery I stayed in all day and waited to find in the evening I opened my front door to take something out to find it all dumped in the open outside I never had a knock or anything and my front door is my living space so I hear it all.. I then had carry these 4 heavy boxes especially table it was long and heavy.. I'm 5ft, 8 stone not box was longer than me l, I wasn't happy as have no idea how long it was all dumped outside either. Luckily nothing was damaged.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
