The Garantia Thermo King Composter is an ideal solution for neatly composting large quantities of garden and food waste. With a substantial 600 litre capacity, this garden composter will make a practical and well used addition.
Thanks to the innovative, foamed Thermolene plastic structure, this modular composter has premium insulative properties meaning for rapid and convenient composting. It also features two large hatches for easy access to complete compost, and quick filling through the lid. Made from 100% recycled plastic, this composter is an all round winner.

Strong box to hold compost.
This looks good, should do a good job big enough to take a lot of grass etc. easy to assemble.

Heats compost up asmadvertised.
I have only had this 10 days. It seems to be doing what is expected of it. Difficult to unwap the different bits without forcing it apart and potentially breaking bits off. I had to phone Garantia to find out how to do this. Very helpful; he sent me a photo. It could do with instructions as to how to do this. It should be stressed more prominently that you need flat ground on which to assemble the composter in order that the hinges marry up properly

Good product but poor customer relations
The Garantia Thermo King Composter appears to be a well made design. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged. A small corner had been broken off the lid due to inadequate packing and a small piece of plastic broken from the inside. Neither will affect the use of the composter.. I wrote an e-mail to Robert Dyas informing them of the damage and that I was accepting the product in its as received condition. I did not receive a reply to my email, which indicates to me that Robert Dyas does not care.

Cannot be what it claims
I did not even assemble this so called Thermo composter. It has single thickness walls joined by pegs; a system that would not retain heat. To remove compost almost half of one wall has to be removed which in time would be difficult to replace.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
