These arrived promptly by a very nice delivery chap who was more than willing to help me undo the box to examine the contents of my purchase, as advised by Robert Dyas, before leaving.
Everything was in perfect condition.
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Robert Dyas. These hard plastic cloches at the discounted price of only £9-99 each represents fantastic value and I am so pleased with my purchase.
They are presently lodged over my two large boxes of broad bean plants and going nowhere, safe as houses, particularly during Storm Pierrick recently. A Tremendous bargain, I was really amazed at the price as my local garden centre, where I bought the same cloches last year, was far more expensive. All round winner for me and Robert Dyas!

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
