Chainsaw
This is a good item if you've got higher branches to cut back!
But it is on the heavy side, and if you have smaller hands, you may need both hands to start it up! Have to be careful not to catch any shrubbery with it as I found the chain comes off!

No hedge trim
This perhaps looked too good to be true - the answer to a short person tackling a tall hedge. Tricky to put together, it was full of warnings about keeping oil topped up etc. We never got to that point. It clogged up with leaves and twigs, and the second it was put to work the next time, the chain flew off. I wasn’t expecting the Earth for £85 but I did expect a few hours!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
