a big jigsaw
Product came completely in kit form and the box was extremely heavy. Once opened it took a long time to assemble and needed a certain level of manual dexterity to put together. Some of the engineering is not great and it needed a lot of force to line up some of the fixings etc. The Webers I have seen in my local garden centre look better quality although more expensive. The smoke is dispersed well through the rear vent. Cooking area is big and caters for a lot of food at once.
We have only used it once and I wish now I had gone with my gut instinct which was to return to charcoal. The grease tray at the bottom gets coated and it takes a long time to clean and is a very messy job. With charcoal the coals absorb the grease and the ash is then just scooped out easily.
The size of the box it all came in and the amount of wasted packaging and polysterene is nearly the size of the made unit so there is no need to have to self assemble. Its just poor manufacturing and production service.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
