Self build gasebo
Product exactly as expected no issue with the delivery in fact it was two days early. Only a couple negative comments for 2 people who have never built one of these before it was impossible it took 3 of us and the instructors were not always clear some bit took some wotking out, all that said it was worth it we love it so thank you.

In the Sun or in the shade
Perfect! This gazebo with its retractable cover is ideal for those areas of the garden where the sun doesn't always shine. Fun assembling with my son in law...definitely a two man job and definitely recommend reading the instructions carefully if you don't want to be taking it apart again to add parts not installed properly.

Decent for what it is
Took longer than stated to arrive, but well packaged when it did. No missing parts and fitted together pretty well (only had 1 screw and hole slightly misaligned). There were some small scratches to the paintwork and one of the uprights has a small dent in, but nothing that is immediately noticeable. The material cover has elasticated pulls on the end to keep it taught and central, but one of these snapped right at the start. The cover has two magnets on the front pole which is meant to hold the thing open, but the slightest breeze pops one end off. A great idea but just doesn't work too well. Comes with tent peg style metal pins for the legs to pin to the ground but as it is being placed on decking these are no good. Will be buying some M8 coach screws to fix it down.
Took approx 2 hours to build, will need at least 2 people once it starts going up though.
Has held up well so far in some strong winds so seems sturdy enough so far.
Overall though we are pretty pleased with it, looks good on new decking laid.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
