Excellent gazebo even better support
Our gazebo arrived long before the date stated upon ordering which was a nice surprise.
It comes within a huge well packed box.
The box opened and limited instructions read with tools in hand I was ready.
Now, having put numerous flat backs and the like together over the years I would say I was pretty handy at such a task, the supplied instructions state 1-2 hours... forget that, it takes longer just to understand the instructions. Anyway, having erected the gazebo fully I was a nut missing and there was a factory mishap with the roof support, contacted the seller as detailed within the booklet, I kid you not, replied within 10 minutes and assured me they will post faulty/missing items to me.
Astonishingly both of these items arrived the following morning less than 24 hours after first emailing.
As quality item that takes slightly longer than the instructions state but well worth the end result, sturdy, solid looking item, we anchored ours down to our patio slabs.
Overall extremely happy with our purchase and astonished at the customer support from the company. 10/10

Brilliant for entertaining in lockdown
It’s lovely to sit in with a glass of wine/can of beer or cuppa. It’s been a godsend for socially distant meeting of friends and family giving great protection from even heavy rain and shade from the sun.
(It takes more than an hour to assemble and the instructions could be clearer)

I saw the gazebo in a local retail outlet and was impressed with the product. I searched the item online and saw the you were advertising it at a significant discount. Looks smart and easy to assemble

Gazebo fitting
Easy enuf to build just common sense as the instructions are very limited and written so small that it’s hard to read ,hardest part is putting the roof canopy on and the best trick is to use a shoe horn to pull the canopy over the pole ends easy with that thank god lol ,all in all a good product
