Vanish, trust me!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love vanish, and this is an easier way to get the same results you were expecting from a powder, this is in a gel form and for me I find this easier and less harsh on my skin. Pre treat, soak or in wash it’s up to you….Great on most stains from mud, cooking oil, butter, and paint. Neutral smelling. Simple and easy to use, just love it.

Stain free
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a messy 5 year old this has been great for getting out tomato sauce, mud etc from clothes. Its suitable for pre wash, soak and in wash and it also leaves a nice scent too. Always check its suitable for the fabric before using.

Amazing Stain Remover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for getting stains out of so many of my kids clothes. Just throw it in the wash with everything for a quick stain removal. Tougher stains need a bit more work but pre treating and rubbing into the fabric helps break it down before washing it out really easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often use stain removers but go for the powder type. I was very impressed at the thickness and small amount needed. I also found it impressive as poured onto the stain before washing, and actually left for several hours, dried stain removed easily. It is definately worth it

Does the job

This product has really helped lifting the orange stains that regularly come back on their white school polo shirts. I like the convenience of an in wash gel too, just being it all in, minimum effort!

Brilliant!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 2 sons, 3 and 6 yo. I know everything about stains so far. Every day battles and few I lost . Been using powder vanish for many years . It does work good , but when I need to soak specific stain it's pretty uncomfortable as need to wet the spot and rub powder . Unfortunately it's a messy activity. Powder all over laundry. So first I tried liquid vanish for whites and was surprised with results then got gold for colour and it does work very well! Absolutely brilliant for spots . Just rub a bit in the stain , put in washing machine and add some in . Dissolved everything without damaging material and no colour lost. Would definitely recommend!

Great stuff

I was suprised by how much quicker the product works and I have found you dont need to use as much therefore the bottle lasts longer. The results are better than normal and I wouldn't use anything else going forward.

Vanished the staines
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing product. I used it on my husband's uniform which is actually a white tee and my kids uniform. My husband's T shirt collar is always way to soiled than normal, I need to soak scrub and then put it into the machine. But the vanish stain remover was easy to apply, I just had to leave 10 min for it to work and it worked well. The lid could be used to give a gentle scrub and then put it into washing machine with a little more liquid into the machine and got a neat and clean T shirt out. Am happy as it's going to save a lot of my time and energy.

Gets the job done

Vanish is easy to apply and very quick to use. I find the stains remove from clothing with first application the majority of the time. Little effort is needed to use this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot go wrong with any Vanish product. I had a slight black mark on my top and this got it out. I used a small amount of this on my white bed sets to try to get out if the dull look and they seem brighter.
Really easy to use just use a capful so all measured out for you. When pouring the gel it doesnt leave any mess and any left overs in the cap goes back into the bottle as sits in there when done up.
I like how you can see how much product it left and the plastic can be recycled.
The bottle is shaped so there is a slight gripped area but I just picked up it without using it. If you did struggle to grip smooth bottles this is a good idea.
The smell of the product is really nice and no reactions on skin. I dont think the bottle will last long using a capful a time however it gets the stains removed so worth it.

Removing stains in one wash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you have little toddler - stains always appears on clothes ( yours aswell). And nobody wants to throw away clothes after one time of wearing. My toddler always gets back after nursery so dirty, so wash every evening - my routine. Before I was been unsatisfied about washed clothes as stains still was been and strugling to remove it of. Vanish Gold Stain Remover - made my life easy ! Im soaking for an about half hour clothes in it, or just put some on stains, leave for a bit, then in the washer on normal wash cycle and all stains gone ! Excelent remover also gives a nice scent after cycle. Recomended for busy toddlers mums :-)

Incredible results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had a massive stain from tomato sauce on her favourite jumper. I followed the instructions to the letter and I'm so pleased that the stain is completely gone. Before using this product, I had washed the jumper with my usual detergent and although it had faded slightly it was still very visible. I'm really impressed with the results!

It's colour safe and can be used on delicate fabrics like silk and wool. Lifts and removes stains even at a low temperature of 30°. I like that it has a freshness booster that provides a boost of scent and that the bottle is 100% recyclable!

Amazing product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is awesome. Tiny grease marks have come out of the tshirts I was about to throw away. It doesn't lift the colour and it really does work well. You hardly need to use any either so the bottle last for ages. Very impressed!

Nice scent.

It removed black marker pen and chocolate icecream with ease.

Works great at removing stains from white clothes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great value product, I've used it as a pre-wash soak on heavily stained children clothes and in white ashes to lift stains and present whiteness of white clothes within the washing machine. I was impressed, although ice used several Vanish powders before, this was my first time using the Vanish Gold gel and have to say I will definitely be buying this again to keep whites looking clean and fresh.

Ok but not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on a number of different fabrics with dried in fresh stains marks from mud and also children's paints. The strain remover did lift the mud from the synthetic gym shorts easily and the heads as well as the children's paint from a light pink T-Shirt. Intricateness it was unable to lift the mud stains completely from a pair of white socks, leaving light brown spots behind. To be honest I'm not sure the stain remover made any extra difference than just using my ordinary detergent. The bottle itself is Shri fatty difficult to handle as when I was trying to tip the stain remover into the measuring lid the bottle kept slipping in my hand, it may have been better to design the bottle with a handle to hold like many other detergents.
An ok product but not great.

Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
