This Set of 2 Dropping Trays from Nestera will help you to keep your new chicken house clean and tidy at all times.
Each tray is approximately 25mm deep, so hold a decent quantity of bedding, such as wood shavings. Light in weight, you can handle them effortlessly too. The smooth surfaces with sloping sides enable you to easily tip the droppings and shavings into your wheelbarrow before cleaning. They even stack to enable space-saving storage when no longer required.
Made from high-quality, recycled ABS plastic, these trays are high quality to provide strength and rigidity. This means they have been made to last through plenty of use, and through thorough cleaning between uses too.

**Please note that the trays are not an exact fit in all of the houses, and in these instances there will be small gaps between the edges of the trays and the sides of the house. In the case of the Large House, the gap is several centimetres.

Great Disappointment
It is a bit provocative to ask me to review a product that I paid for on 8th January and that I have still not received. Thsi is despite phone calls, e-mails and of course broken promises. I havent heard anything over the last week so perhaps they want me to go away. I have suggested a refund but no response to that as yet. I ordered 3 items and have received but 1. No chickens have as yet dies as a result of these manifeat failings.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
