Excellent quality for the money
I have been thinking of buying an awning for some time so we could get rid of the giant parasol which takes up too much room on the patio so when I saw this advertised in the Robert Dyers brochure that came through I thought I’d invest in one & so glad I did, it’s lovely quality & winds in & out really easily, it looks nice too - really pleased with my purchase.

Not Bad At All!
Don't consider putting this up with one person, the brackets are easy to measure up and fix but the awning itself is heavy so you'll need two people to lift and fix into the brackets to hold it in place and it looks and feels incredibly sturdy. The mechanism for extending and retracting it is smooth and feels solid.
Once it's up, the tiny spirit level attached will enable you to adjust it until level.
All in all an easy install, it looks amazing and with a south facing garden and no shade, this will be perfect in the height of summer.

My Awning has turned into a yawning.
The product arrived at different date to that specified on the order.
The packaging was badly damaged upon delivery.
After installation the canopy material was opened and revealed flaws in the fabric.
I have sent 3 emails regarding the problem without reply.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
