Handle dont fit
Looks good shame my battery was missing and customer services keep saying we will send one. Also be warned the screws do not line up and you will need to drill new ones. It seems a ongoing proble. That rd is ognoting

Better than expected.
I bought this set to deal with a long narrow lawn, which would make trailing mains cables awkward. The trimmer, which gets little use, is fine for light work, and the mower has adequate power as long as the grass is dry. Taking a high cut followed by a low cut allows the machine to work within its limitations, and then it does well. As you would expect, battery life is the limiting factor, and it is worth taking a break occasionally to allow the battery pack to cool down and have a short charge boost as non stop use will cause overheating.
The mower is light to handle and collects cuttings tidily. Overall, better than expected.

Good lawnmower but
The lawn mower arrived simple to put together but the holes in the bottom of the handle did not line up with the lawn mower body there were lugs stopping it going in fully Had to get a neighbour to drill new holes before I could use it Seems like a design fault

Excellent for small-medium lawns
This arrived last week. It took 30 mins to put together and works very well indeed. Cordless mowers can be pretty expensive, so I am very pleased with this one at such a reasonable price

Pleased Overall
Good valve and products are good, but as with other reviews, which I saw before purchase, I had to drill a pilot hole in the base of the handle, as the hole does not line up with the plastic by around 10mm. This will ultimately cause the handle to rust and fail, which is annoying, this issue was not fixed as of June 2023

Nearly great machine!
I bought this set of strimmer+mower as I wanted to sort lawns out. All OK assembling until putting in lower handle. No way was it going to fit. Rang Robert Dyas and explained problem who offered to take it back. My grass would have done justice to elephant grass in the Serengeti! Rang makers in Swindon who told me to remove the little 'bits' that were stopping the lower handle from going in co.pletely. I tried, my neighbour tried, no luck. Told them problem they could not exchange as not purchased from them and then nothing More! In the end I inserted a wedge between holder and handle which has done the trick but of course cannot fold down handle for storage. Apart from the above the machine works really well, lightweight but sturdy, no cables so happy but bad response from Greenworks who just weren't interested.

Mower replaced
I had to return the mower to Greenworks as there was a manufacturing defect in the holes that the handles push into. They were quick to replace it. I didn't involve Robert Dyas

Disappointed out of the box
The pre drilled holes for the bottom handle were in the wrong place, very annoying as I wanted to use it straight away, you offered to replace it which meant repackaging and waiting another couple of weeks so I decided to drill new holes myself.I have now used once and it seems ok. The instruction manual is not very clear.

Bad Batch or Shoddy Workmanship x 3
I ordered this lawnmower with high expectations but had to return 3 of them as they all had the same fault (handle would not fit into aperature sufficiently to line up screw holes and secure as there were impediments in the aperature) and were therefore not fit for purpose. Greenworks obviously do not have any quality control. I have now given up and await a refund, The time wasted awaiting orders and returns was inordinate as was the time assembling and re-assembling said lawnmowers and repackaging them for return.

After so many reviews defect not been rectified
Bought it thinking that after so many reviews the manufacturing defect would have been rectified and won’t be sending one with defect but there it was. (Holes don’t line up to fit the handle) battery don’t last more then 10-15min will need to buy bigger one

The lawnmowers had screws missing tried containing them to no avail by e mail .All i wanted was two srews .No spare parts department they say .My grass is so long now has they have done nothing has yet dont buy anything from here

handles dont fit in
i dont know why this product is still being sold with handles that dont fit in with out drilling new holes when previous reviews have stated this. i assumed it would not be the case but it was very disappointing
