DO NOT BUY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISSING PARTS
I bought this chair and it was delievred a week early (great). Except the fact, it came with two right legs, no bolts or chains or instructions. Literally only the shell of the chair. After two weeks of back and fourth with the extremely rude supplier and Robert Dyas, all I can say is I am still left with a chair I cannot build sat in a box in my drive. They refuse to collect unless I am home (who doesn't work nowadays) and will not replace with a NEW chair, preferably one I can use/ build? Not so much to ask for surely when you pay £400. Please Robert Dyas sort it out, we need a full refund! People please do not buy half a chair.

Despite be scheduled for delivery on the 2nd of February, i am still awaiting product to arrive, this was only chased up by Robert Dyas when i contacted them.
