My Fault Not Yours
Sorry to say the item I ordered was the wrong one,I still have it ready to return,it was through no fault of your,It’s the very large battery I require for my Gtech mower.I didn’t have my glasses on at time of ordering.(😁),still looking for the large Gtech battery.I find your website and descriptions of items quite brilliant for me being an old age pensioner aged 83).Anyway due to a major operation (I’m still recovering). I’ve been unable to send the item back,it’s not what I needed but you needn’t worry to much you won’t lose me as a customer your service is to good.
