Great storage
I was unsure if to get this rack, so pleased I did, it looks fab, remember to fit to the wall for total security

Impractical
I bought 2 of these to accommodate 40 bottles, although I only needed to stack 7 tiers it was the only way to buy! The main reason for me disappointment was the complete instability of the product. Was given 4 unsightly plastic spacers and cable ties which were supposed to be used to fix the rack against the wall. These were supposed to keep the rack 4" away from the wall - don't know how when they were less than 2" long!!!
The company's customer service also left a lot to be desired when I phoned them and we are still awaiting confirmation they have received the item which I requested. They will not refund the £8.50 we paid for the return nor have we received the refund.
This has no reflection on Robert Dyas at all
