Looks amazing
I bought this a few weeks ago and it arrived flat packed. It was easy to put together and the supplied instructions were easy to follow. It is perfect for the space we needed it for in our hallway. It is well made and sturdy once built.

Difficult to assemble
Bought this cupboard a few weeks ago and found the instructions were poor to say the least. The brown plastic plugs which fix the front fascia to the main cupboard are supposed to fit into pre drilled holes but will only go in by twisting them in manually. The instructions said to use a hammer but this didn't work. There was also damage to the top of the left fascia which I didn't notice until it was fixed. However the cupboard does look nice and serves its purpose.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
