For collection, place your full Hippo bag within 4 metres of a public highway. Hippo has to lift the bag in order to collect, so don’t place it near high walls, trees, cars or beneath overhead wires that might obstruct their crane.

HIPPOBAGs are single use and they are recycled along with the rest of your waste. It will not be replaced.
